I got to eat chocolate for breakfast today. I'm way too old to believe in the Easter Bunny, but Daddy always makes me a basket anyway. >:D This year I got all sorts of cool stuff too, not just candy. I got purple nail-polish, PURPLE! And lip gloss and body spray and hair clips. I think it's Beth's influence. I mean, Daddy's cool and all, but he just doesn't get the whole girl thing sometimes. *giggles* You should see him talking to me about my PERIOD. I mean, I haven't got it yet, but I might soon so Daddy felt like we should talk about it. He wants to make sure that I don't feel weird or uncomfortable about it. Ummm, hello, like talking to my dad about it isn't weird? It's okay though, he's a good Daddy.

It's summer, and Daddy needs to take me on holiday. Beth can come too. She's nice, and I like her.

*peeking into her Dad's bedroom* And now it's 7:30, and Daddy needs to make waffles. *giggling as she runs across the room and flings herself onto the bed, laughing at the loud "oomf" coming from the body occupying it* Good morning Daddy! *cheerful*

Daddy has a girlfriend. She seems nice. She doesn't joke nearly as much as Tawnie, but if Daddy likes her then I guess that's okay.

I'm so happy it's Thursday, because that means that tomorrow is Friday and we're going on a fieldtrip. I like my school, I like New York, and I love my cousins! I'm glad Daddy decided to come to work with Uncle Nathan.
